If we also support your licence application, we agree the scope beforehand. Official fees are paid directly to the authority.

Salary, employer contributions, holidays, sickness and employment protection mean an in-house manager normally only becomes economical for larger fleets. Cover is needed if that person is absent.

Your own professional competence examination
Training and examination can cost hundreds or more than a thousand euros, plus weeks of study alongside daily operations. Many founders begin externally and take the examination later.

Entry pricing applies to small fleets requiring core transport management. Your exact price depends on fleet size and service scope. After a short discussion, you receive a written fixed-price quote.
Are there costs in addition to the monthly fee?+
Official fees are paid directly to the authority. We clarify in advance whether and how application support is charged.
Is an external transport manager legally equivalent?+
Yes. Regulation 1071/2009 expressly permits the contractual appointment of an external transport manager. They perform the same function and are officially named to the authority.
My transport manager is unavailable. How quickly can you take over?+
A short-notice takeover may be possible in urgent cases. Notify us promptly so availability, records and the authority process can be reviewed immediately.
Can I later obtain my own professional competence?+
Yes. Many customers start with external management and complete the examination later without time pressure. We can then support the change with the authority.
